Our Rental Cottages
This cottage is designed with country people in mind. It is right on the edge of the village near to the old school and All Saints Church. As you come into the integral garage there is a generous utility room and downstairs shower/wash facilities, ensuring dogs can be dried and have their beds in a warm clean environment before entering the main body of the house. Then you can leap out of gardening/riding/walking clothes and straight into the shower and bung stuff into the washing machine. I wish our farmhouse was designed like this!!
This will be ready from the end of June. It is four good sized bedrooms (no box rooms!). There are telephone points in every room so any could be used as an office.
Oil fired central heating (under floor downstairs). As a new build to the highest standards it is so well insulated I very much doubt it will cost much to heat.
There is a generous sized kitchen dining room and a 22 ft lounge complete with oak beams and inglenook fire in which you can have a wood burning stove if you want to cut down those heating bills even more.
Nearby is our farm and livery yard if you wanted to rent house, stable and paddock. There are miles of beautiful walks and riding including through our small bluebell wood.
The house is in the catchments area for the local village school and Dean Magna at
secondary level. Ross-
