Our barn conversion should be underway within the next year.and what an exciting project this is!
A four bedroom cottage to a very high specification aimed at two markets:-
Equine (riding holdiays) : This is where any number up to eight people can bring their horses on holiday and enjoy the beautiful forest of Dean with the benefit of our arena, stabling, forage, a groom if required and high security.
Clients wishing for a high degree of privacy. The barn stands away from any public
right of way and is surrounded by our land. Anybody coming near would be trespassing!
The large garden (cattle yard at present!) has a 10 -
Having researched the market I cannot find other cottages that can offer this degree of privacy and security....even the postman cannot enter the yard unless occupants wish them to! There are many isolated cottages but how many ring fenced by private land, standing alone and yet less than 2 hours from London.
As soon as the conversion starts we will be taking bookings for the next season. This cottage has beautiful views and surrounding countryside.

The only way anybody can see into the garden is from a hot air balloon!
